The relief of those members or former members of Army units (Regular and Volunteer) raised in Hampshire and their dependants who are in need, hardship or distress. This includes soldiers of the Princess of Wales' Royal Regiment who were domiciled in Hampshire at the time of their enlistment. The Fund may make grants of money or arrange to provide or pay for goods or services.
