Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: (1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONGST POOR PEOPLE WHO ARE RESIDENT, EMPLOYED OR FOUND IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS OR SICK IN ANY WAY THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT, INCLUDING BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS OR ORGANISATIONS (INCLUDING CHARITIES). (2) TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE MAINTAINING IN ORDER AND SECURITY OF THE CHURCHYARD ADJOINING THE PARISH CHURCH OF ST BOTOLPH SO LONG AS IT SHALL BE KEPT AS AN OPEN SPACE FOR THE USE OF PUBLIC.
