FOR THE PURPOSE OF GIVING SUCH AID TO PATIENTS OF THE NATIONAL HOSPITALS FOR NERVOUS DISEASES, QUEEN SQUARE, LONDON WC1 AND MAIDA VALE, LONDON W9 AS DOES NOT ORDINARILY FALL WITHIN THE PROVISIONS OF THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE.
