"DISTRICT NURSES" SHALL MEAN NURSES WHO ARE ON THE ROLL OF THE QUEEN'S INSTITUTE OF DISTRICT NURSING (FOUNDED IN 1889) AND NURSES WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN ENGAGED IN DOMICILIARY NURSING AND WHO ARE EITHER STATE REGISTERED OR STATE ENROLLED NURSES.
