THE OBJECTS OF THE CLUN TOWN TRUST ARE TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN RELATION TO THE HISTORY OF THE CLUN FOREST AREA FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF CLUN AND THE WIDER AREA, PRINCIPALLY BY: A) THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A MUSEUM; AND B) MAKING ARTEFACTS RELATING TO THE CLUN FOREST AREA PUBLICLY AVAILABLE THROUGH DISPLAY, INCLUDING TWO SILVER MACES AND SEAL REFERRED TO IN THE SCHEDULE TO THE CHARITY COMMISSION SCHEME OF 16 MAY 1924.
