TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF AGED PERSONS BY SUCH MEANS AS ARE NOW OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE AND IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF SUCH SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AS SHALL BE FOR THE EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL AND MENTAL RECREATION OF SUCH PERSONS.
