IF THE INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS PURPOSE IN ANY YEAR, THEN IT IS USED FOR THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH.
