Charitable objects
1. TWO-THIRDS OF THE INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF RISBY. 2. THE REMAINING ONE-THIRD THEREOF IN PROVIDING FUEL FOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISH IN CASES OF NEED HARDSHIP OF DISTRESS.
