APPLY INCOME OR PROPERTY (1) FOR PROMOTING EDUCATION OF PERSONS WHO ARE EITHER (A) OLD BOYS OF THE FORMER NOTTINGHAM GORDON MEMORIAL HOME FOR DESTITUDE WORKING BOYS OR (B) PERSONS UNDER 25 YEARS OR IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES, OTHER PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN OR NEAR THE CITY OF NOTTINGHAM AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, (2) IN RELIEVING IN CASES OF NEED PERSONS RESIDENT AS AFORESAID.
