1. REPAIR OF FRENCH CHURCH IN NORWICH. 2. GRANTS FOR APPRENTICING AND OTHER ASSISTANCE TO DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS BOYS AND GIRLS BONA FIDE RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF NORWICH WITH PREFERENCE TO THOSE OF FRENCH PROTESTANT ORIGIN OR DESCENT TO ENABLE THEM TO EARN THEIR LIVING OR ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE.
