(A) TO PROVIDE, CAUSE TO BE PROVIDED OR ASSIST IN PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE TREATMENT, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND WELFARE OF SUFFERERS FROM CEREBRAL PALSY AND ITS ALLIED CONDITIONS AND (B) TO MAKE GRANTS IN RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR SUFFERERS FROM CEREBRAL PALSY, THEIR PARENTS AND THOSE CARING FOR THEM.
