(1) TO MAINTAIN A COMMUNITY CENTRE, ADVANCE EDUCATION, PROVIDE A MEETING PLACE AND FACILITIES FOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL TRAINING, AND, TO FOSTER A COMMUNITY SPIRIT FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT OF SUCH PURPOSES. (2) TO ESTABLISH, MAINTAIN, AND MANAGE A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR ACTIVITIES PROMOTED BY THE ASSOCIATION.
