CONSTITUTION AND RULES ADOPTED 19 JUNE 1979 AS AMENDED ON THE 14 SEPTEMBER 1993.

Charitable objects

(1) TO PROVIDE RELIGIOUS MINISTRATION FOR THE DEAF RESIDING IN THE ABOVE DISTRICT. (2) TO VISIT THE DEAF IN THEIR HOMES. (3) TO GRANT RELIEF TO DESERVING DEAF POOR AND TO ASSIST THEM IN FINDING EMPLOYMENT. (4) TO PROVIDE AN INTERPRETER WHEN REQUIRED AND GENERALLY TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE THE INTEREST OF THE DEAF.
