Charitable objects
(1) PROVISION OF ALMSHOUSE ACCOMMODATION FOR PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS, AND WHO ARE DISABLED OR WHO ARE AGED NOT LESS THAN 55 YEARS AND WHO HAVE A CONNECTION TO THE AREA OF BENEFIT; (2) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE (3) THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE (KNOWN AS ELLEN WILSON’S ALMSHOUSES) MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR USE FOR THE OBJECTS OF THE ALMSHOUSE CHARITY.
