Charitable objects
1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE; A) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR BENEFICIARIES; B) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE; AND C) IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME CANNOT BE APPLIED AS ABOVE, FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS WHO ARE NOT RESIDENT IN THE HOMES. THE PERSONS SHOULD BE OF GOOD CHARACTER AND WHO FOR REASONS OF AGE OR INFIRMITY ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED. 2) THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR USE FOR THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY
