Charitable objects

TO PROVIDE ANNUALLY A PENSION OF SUCH AMOUNT AS THE TRUSTEES THINK BUT PROVIDED THAT INSTEAD OF PAYING THE WHOLE OF THE PENSION TO ANY PENSIONER IN MONEY THE TRUSTEES MAY EXPEND ALL OR PART THEREOF FOR HIS OR HER BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS THEY THINK FIT, TO PEOPLE OF GOOD CHARACTER WHETHER SPINSTERS OR WIDOWS OF NOT LESS THAN 50 YEARS WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE MUNICIPAL BOROUGH OF PLYMOUTH FOR AT LEAST 7 YEARS PRECEDING THEIR APPOINTMENT.
