FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE BIRMINGHAM CITY ORCHESTRA IN SUCH WAY AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT WITH A VIEW TO HELPING TO MAINTAIN A FIRST CLASS ORCHESTRA IN BIRMINGHAM FOR THE MUSICAL EDUCATION AND BENEFIT OF THE BIRMINGHAM PUBLIC.
