Charitable objects
1) THE MAINTENANCE OF THE AREAS OF LAND DESCRIBED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE AS AN OPEN SPACE FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE ESTATE. 2) IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE OBJECTS SPECIFIED IN SUB-CLAUSE (1) ABOVE, THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY IT FOR GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE ESTATE IN SUCH WAYS AS THEY THINK FIT.
