Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY SHALL BE THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF PERSONS WHO ARE OR HAVE SUFFERED A LEGAL RESTRICTION ON THEIR LIBERTY IN ANY PENAL OR CORRECTIONAL ESTABLISHMENT OR THROUGH ANY MEANS WHATEVER (INCLUDING PROBATION ORDERS) AND THE FAMILIES OF SUCH PERSONS IN SUCH WAYS AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE TRUSTEES THINK FIT AND TO FURTHER AND PROMOTE THE STUDY OF AND RESEARCH INTO ALL ASPECTS AND METHODS OF PREVENTION OF CRIME AND AND METHODS OF PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DELIQUENCY AND TO OBTAIN AND MAKE RECORDS OF AND DISSEMINATE INFORMATION CONCERNING THE SAME WITHIN THE AREA OF OXFORDSHIRE, INCLUDING THE CITY OF OXFORD, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, BERKSHIRE AND THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF READING.
