TO RELIEVE CIVIL SERVANTS, PERSONS WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE AT ANY TIME BEEN EMPLOYED BY ANY PUBLIC AUTHORITY ESTABLISHED BY PARLIAMENT WHICH TAKE OVER ANY OF THE DUTIES HITHERTO DISCHARGED BY THE POSTMASTER GENERAL, THOSE WHO ARE THE DEPENDANTS OF A CIVIL SERVANT OR ANY SUCH PERSON AS AFORESAID OR WHO WOULD BE THE DEPENDANTS OF A CIVIL SERVANT OR ANY SUCH PERSON AS AFORESAID IF THE CIVIL SERVANT OR PERSON WERE ALIVE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM ILL HEALTH AND IN PARTICULAR SUFFERING FROM TUBERCULOSIS OR ANY ALLIED COMPLAINT.
