(A) OPERATIVE OR OTHER TREATMENT AT ANY HOSPITAL OR NURSING HOME; (B) ADEQUATE HOME NURSNG FACILITIES; (C) ACCOMMODATION AND TREATMENT AT A COMVALESCENT HOME TOGETHER WITH REASONABLE TRAVELLING EXPENSES (D) IN SPECIAL CASES MEDICAL APPLIANCES.
