TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AID FOR NECESSITOUS TENANTS IN SEWELL HOUSE, BELMONT ROAD, WINSCOMBE (AND/OR ANY OTHER ACCOMMODATION PROVIDED BY THE SIDCOT FRIENDS HOUSING SOCIETY LIMITED WHOSE REGISTERED OFFICE IS SITUATE AT SEWELL HOUSE AFORESAID) AND THIS TRUST SHALL BE ESTABLISHED IN MEMORY OF THE LATE HELEN NEATBY.
