TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE AND DISABLED PERSONS BY PROVISION OF CAMERAS AND OTHER EQUIPMENT SUITABLY ADAPTED TO MEET THEIR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS TO ENABLE THEM TO ENGAGE IN AND ENJOY RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY.
