Charitable objects
TO PROTECT DOGS FROM ILL TREATMENT, CRUELTY AND SUFFERING, IN PARTICULAR BY: (A) MAKING GRANTS TO OTHER CHARITIES WITH SIMILAR OBJECTS TO THE FOUNDATION; AND (B) MAKING GRANTS TO PERSONS: (I)WHO CARE FOR DOGS WHICH HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN IN THE CARE OF THE FOUNDATION, TO ASSIST WITH THE COST OF CARE OF SUCH DOGS; (II) WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY IN MEETING THE COST OF VETERINARY TREATMENT FOR THEIR DOGS, TO ASSIST WITH SUCH COSTS; (III) WHO FOR REASONS OF HEALTH OR DISABILITY HAVE DIFFICULTY IN EXERCISING THEIR DOGS, TO ASSIST WITH THE COST OF PURCHASING DOG-WALKING SERVICES; AND (IV) FOR OTHER PURPOSES WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE OBJECTS.
