Charitable objects

(A) TO ASSIST WITH THE PROVISION AND PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE EXPENSES OF HOMES IN WHICH ELDERLY PEOPLE WITH LIMITED MEANS MAY RESIDE. (B) TO CARRY OUT SUCH OTHER LEGALLY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AS THE ORIGINAL TRUSTEES OR THE SURVIVOR OF THEM SO LONG AS THE OR EITHER OF THEM SHALL CONTINUE AS A TRUSTEE OF THE CHARITY AND SUBJECT THERETO AS THE TRUSTEES BEING NOT LESS THAN THREE IN NUMBER SHALL FROM TIME BY DEED EXECUTED WITH THEIR UNANIMOUS CONSENT DECLARE. THE CHARITABLE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY AMONGST PERSONS RESIDENT OR ATTENDING EDUCATIONAL OR TRAINING ESTABLISHMENTS IN ENGLAND AND WALES OR ELSEWHERE IN THE WORLD IN SUCH WAYS AS THE COMPANY THINKS FIT.
