TO ADVANCE THE STUDY AND SCIENCE OF ORNITHOLOGY BY ACTING AS THE PARENT BODY TO HOLME BIRD OBSERVATORY AND HELP ENGAGE AS FAR AS POSSIBLE THE FULL TIME SERVICE OF A WARDEN FOR THE OBSERVATORY.
