1. To provide and maintain a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Colaton Raleigh with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants 2. If and insofar as the income of the charity cannot reasonably be applied for the above purposes, it may be applied toward the general benefit of the said inhabitants in such charitable ways as the Trustees shall think fit
