Charitable objects
The objects of the association shall be to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Collumpton and the neighbourhood (hereinafter called ?the area of benefit?) without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race, or of political, religious, or other opinions by associating together with the said inhabitants and the local authorities, voluntary, and other organisations, with a common effort to: (i) advance education, with a focus on community and cultural interactions to encourage greater tolerance (ii) to provide and maintain accessible green open space(s), or other facilities, in the interest of social recreation, mental health, general well-being and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants; and (iii) to acquire and safeguard on behalf of the area of benefit, any assets which enable the objects to be promoted.
