(A) TO PROMOTE BENEFIT OF INHABITANTS OF THE SWAYTHLING HOUSING SOCIETY'S ESTATE AT SWAYTHLING IN THE CITY OF SOUTHAMPTON AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, RECREATION AND LEISURE, FOR THE PURPOSES OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS. (B) TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY CENTRE.
