BARBITUATES, NICOTINE, ALCOHOL OR OTHERWISE, AND NEURAL AND OTHER DISORDERS WHICH MAY BE ASSOCIATED OR CONNECTED WITH SUCH ADDICTIONS AND OTHER OFRMS OF DICKNESS AND ILLNESS AND TO CONDUCT AND DISSEMINATE THE RESULTS OF RESEARCH AND OTHER SCIENTIFIC WORK IN THE FIELD.
