TO RELIEVE THE PROBLEMS OF SICKNESS, INFIRMITY AND OLD AGE AMONGS PERSONS LIVING IN CHELSEA, KENSINGTON, FULHAM AND WESTMINSTER BY PROVIDING A LOCAL BROADCASTING SERVICE FOR HOSPITALS, OLD PEOPLES HOMES AND SIMILAR INSTITUTIONS.
