1. Assist in the preservation, repair and maintenance of the fabric of the Church of St Mary Magdalene, Barkway and major fittings and ornaments of the Church and to maintain the Churchyard. 2. Foster interest in the preservation of the Church throughout the parishes of Barkway, Nuthampstead and among all who live in the village or have reason to care for the well-being of the Church.
