TO APPLY THE TRUST FUND AS TO BOTH CAPITAL AND INCOME THEREOF TO OR TOWARDS OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FORM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
