TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF WADHURST COLLEGE BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AND AS AN ANCILLARY THERETO:- (A) TO FOSTER MORE EXTENDED RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE PARENTS, STAFF AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE COLLEGE. (B) TO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES WHICH ADVANCE THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE COLLEGE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS ATTENDING IT.
