(1) AS TO 3/4 OF THE ANNUAL INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UNTIL 8TH OCTOBER 2020 FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE PARISH OF MINCHINHAMPTON (BEING PURPOSES FOR WHICH A LOCAL AUTHORITY MAY UNDER SECTION 139 (3) O THE LOCAL GOVERMENT ACT 1972 OR ANY STATUTORY RE-ANACTMENT OR AMENDMENT OF THE SAME FORM TIME TO TIME LAWFULLY HOLD PROPERTY) AS TH PARISH COUNCIL OF MINCHINHAMPTON MAY THINK FIT. (2) AS TO 1/4 OF THE ANNUAL INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND AND AFTER 8TH OCTOBER 2020 AS TO THE CAPITAL OF THE TRST FUND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN CONNEXION WITH HOSPITAL RESEARCH, AS THE SAID PARISH COUNCIL MAY THINK FIT.
