(A) TO OR FOR THE PURPOSES OF OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS BODIES AND INSTITUTIONS ESPECIALLY THOSE WITH STRONG ASSOCIATIONS WITH PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTS, AND (B) TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF APPEALS FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHETHER WITHIN OR OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM, AND (C) FOR THE PURPOSES OF ADVANCING EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF ACCOUNTANCY BY THE PROVISION OF OR ASSISTANCE TOWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS FOR PERSONS OF PROVEN OUTSTANDING ACADEMIC ABILITY OR THE PROVISION OF OR ASSISTANCE TOWARDS BURSARIES FOR SUCH PERSONS (NOT BEING EMPLOYEES OF ARTHUR YOUNG MCCLELLAND MOORES & CO) WHO WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNABLE TO CONTINUE THEIR STUDIES.
