Charitable objects
(2.2.1) TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR POOR PERSONS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH PERSONS BEING ANY ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING: ANY PERSON THAT IS OR WAS FORMERLY AN EMPLOYEE OF THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE OR ANY TITLE USED BY THAT BODY IN THE FUTURE OR A MEMBER FIRM OF THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE OR ANY SUCH TITLE THAT MAY BE USED BY THAT BODY IN THE FUTURE OR THE FUND OR THE WIDOW, WIDOWER, CHILD OR CHILDREN (WHETHER INFANTS OR NOT) OF ANY SUCH PERSON. (2.2.2) TO MAKE PAYMENTS BY WAY OF GRANT, SUBSCRIPTION OR DONATION TO AID THE FUNDS OF ANY CHARITABLE HOSPITAL, SANATORIUM, CONVALESCENT HOME, ORPHAN SCHOOL OR ORPHANAGE OR HOME FOR THE ELDERLY OR OTHER INSTITUTIONAL ORGANISATION ESTABLISHED OR TO BE ESTABLISHED FOR THE CARE AND RELIEF OF THE SICK, POOR, CHILDREN AND AGED PROVIDED THAT THE BENEFITS OF SUCH CHARITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR ANY ONE OR MORE OF THE PERSONS MENTIONED IN SUB-CLAUSE 2.2.1 ABOVE (2.2.3) THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY PROMOTING THE OBJECTIVES
