TO PROMOTE MAINTAIN IMPROVE AND ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION PARTICULARLY IN THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC BY THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS PERFORMANCES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES DURING FESTIVAL PERIODS AND AT ALL OTHER TIMES AS OCCASIONS ARISE AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT DEROGATING FROM THE GENERALITY OF THE OBJECTS) THE PRESENTATION OF CHURCH MUSIC IN ITS APPROPRIATE LITURGICAL AND ECCLESIASTICAL SETTING AND TO ASSIST AND FURTHER SUCH OF CHARITABLE INSTITUTION AND PURPOSES AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
