Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (‘THE OBJECTS’) ARE: (A) ASSISTING AND EDUCATING YOUNG PEOPLE REGARDLESS OF SEX, RACE, COLOUR, CREED, POLITICAL OR OTHER OPINIONS SO TO ADVANCE THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY WITHIN THE COMMUNITY; (B) PROMOTING THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR RACE OR OF POLITICAL OR OF RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS; (C) RELIEVING NEED, HARDSHIP, POVERTY AND DISTRESS AMONGST THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT1 WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR RACE OR OF POLITICAL OR OF RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS.
