2.1 The Charity’s objects are restricted specifically, only for the public benefit to:
2.1.1 promote the relief of persons (without prejudice to age, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation or gender reassignment) who are suffering from:
220.127.116.11 any chronic, life limiting or terminal illness; or
18.104.22.168 any disability or disease attributable to old age; or
22.214.171.124 physical or mental illness, disability or disease of any other description
in such ways as the Charity shall from time to time think fit.
2.1.2 relieve the emotional and mental and spiritual needs of
126.96.36.199 the families, close friends, carers, medical and other staff, providing or assisting in the care of the Patients; and
188.8.131.52 other individuals who have suffered a bereavement and are in particular need of relief as the Charity shall from time to time think fit;
by the provision of care, advice, support and counselling, including (but not limited to) bereavement counselling and associated services to any and/or all such persons.
