MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED 15TH MAY 1984 AS AMENDED BY SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS DATED 6TH AUGUST 1984, 29TH SEPTEMBER 1988 & 25TH MARCH 2004 AS AMENDED 19 MAY 2005, AS AMENDED BY SPECIAL RESOLUTION DATED 29 JUNE 2009. as amended on 06 Nov 2019
I. TO RELIEVE UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING BY THE PROVISION OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING OR RETRAINING OR ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT.
II. TO ASSIST PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND WHO ARE PREPARING FOR, ENTERING UPON OR ENGAGED IN ANY PROFESSION, CRAFT, TRADE OR OCCUPATION BY PROVIDING THEM WITH TRAINING, AND/OR OPPORTUNITIES TO OBTAIN WORK EXPERIENCE AND TO ACQUIRE OUTFITS, TOOLS, BOOKS AND OTHER EQUIPMENT AND ASSISTANCE FOR THEIR ADVANCE IN LIFE TO ENABLE THEM TO EARN A LIVING.
III. TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL AND/OR PHYSICAL HANDICAP OR DISABILITY INCLUDING ALCOHOL AND DRUG RELATED ABUSE, BY THE PROVISION OF TRAINING OCCUPATIONAL AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO DEVELOP THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE BE ENHANCED.
