Charitable objects
1. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT OF CRICKET BY ESTABLISHING A MUSEUM FOR THE PERMANENT EXHIBITION AND PRESERVATION OF ITEMS OF EDUCATIONAL AND/OR HISTORIC VALUE AND PARTICULARLY IN REGARD TO THE SOMERSET COUNTY CRICKET CLUB. 2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS OF SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES OF FURTHER EDUCATION BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF COACHING IN CRICKET FOR SUCH PUPILS THEREBY TO ASSIST INENSURING THAT DUE ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH PUPILS AS WELL AS TO THE DEVELOPEMENT AND OCCUPATION OF THEIR MINDS.
