Activities - how the charity spends its money
Our aims are to educate the public in the principles and practices of Shambhala Buddhism. We do this through a series of related educational programmes (Shambhala Training) and through the activities of the Nalanda Education programme. We organize meetings, classes and training courses, and provide space for regular meditation practice.
