Charitable objects

(1) TO UNDERTAKE AND ENCOURAGE EDUCATION, RESEARCH AND OTHER ACTIVITIES WHICH WILL FURTHER THE INTEGRATION OF ALLOPATHIC MEDICINE AND HOLISTIC METHODS OF HEALTH CARE, AND TO ESTABLISH A UNIFIED MEDICAL SCIENCE WHICH CONSIDERS THE NEEDS OF THE WHOLE PERSON (2) TO ESTABLISH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC A COLLEGE FOR EDUCATION AND RESEARCH IN THE VARIOUS ASPECTS OF HOLISTIC MEDICINE AND SUCH SPECIFIC METHODS OF THE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF DISEASE AS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MANAGEMENT. (3) TO ESTABLISH AND CARRY ON HOSPITALS, NURSING HOMES, CLINICS, THERAPY GROUPS, COUNSELLING, SERVICES, ANTE-NATAL AND POST-NATAL MATERNITY AND CHILD WELFARE INSTITUTIONS AND SUCH OTHER INSTITUTIONS AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF DISEASE AND SICKNESS BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL AS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MANAGEMENT.
