TO HELP THE PREVENTION OF DRUG MISUSE AND SUBSTANCE MISUSE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONALS AND VOLUNTEERS IN THE FIELD. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE AREA OF DRUG AND SUBSTANCE MISUSEAND THE CONSEQUENCESOF MISUSE. TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AMONG PERSONS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM DRUG MSUSE AND SUBSTANCE MISUSE AND RELATED PROBLEMS. TO UNDERTAKE AND ASSIST RESEARCH INTO THE NATURE AND EXTENT OF DRUG MISUSE AND SUBSTANCE MISUSE AND ITS TREATMENT AND PREVENTION AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
