Charitable objects
I. THE PRESERVATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE CANONBURY TOWER, ISLINGTON, LONDON N1. IITHE PROTECTION AND IMPORVEMENT OF THE AMENITIES OF THE CANONBURY TOWER FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT. III. THE PROVISION AT THE CANONBURY TOWER IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE SAME ARE INTENDED OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF ISLINGTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA; IV THE FACILITATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF THE USE AND OCCUPATION OF THE WHOLE OR PART OF THE CANONBURY TOWER FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE; V. THE PROMOTION AND AID OF SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE RECOGNISED BY ENGLISH LAW TO BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE.
