TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF ANIMALS PARTICULARLY CATS IN NEED OF CARE AND TO PREVENT THE CRUELTY AND SUFFERING ASSOCIATED WITH THE COUNTRY'S VAST STRAY AND UNWANTED ANIMAL PROBLEM IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF SPAYING AND NEUTERING FACILITIES.
