(II) THE PROVISION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF HEALTH CHECKS AND SUBSIDISED CLINICS, WITH A VIEW TO THE PROMOTION, PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH.
