PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN ADN YOUNG PERSONS OF THE COMMONWEALTH IN THE CULTURE CUTOMS TRADTIONS SOCIAL SYSTEMS LANGUAGE HISTORY GOVERNMENT AND GEORGRAPHY OF COUNTRIES OF THE COMMONWEALTH OTHER THAN THEIR OWN AND IN SUCH OTHER SUBJECTS AS MAY BE APPROPRIATE IN CONNECTION THERWITH BY ASSISTING SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS TO PARTICIPATE IN YOUTH EXCHANGE VISITS BETWEEN COMMONWEALTH COUNTRIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH GUIDELINES WHICH SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BY APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES AND BY THE PROVISON OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE SAID COMMONWEALTH YOUTH EXCHANGE COUNCIL.
