THE OBJECT OF THE CLUB SHALL BE TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF THE BLIND AND PARTIALLY SIGHTED IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS, OR HERAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE, WITHIN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF SUTTON.
